Return Policy
Because Hushed products are cosmetic items intended for personal use, purchases are generally final sale and not eligible for return.

Overview
Due to the personal-use and cosmetic nature of our products, Hushed does not accept general returns once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Final sale policy
All purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- color preference
- style preference
- fit preference
- opened products
- used products
- products returned after delivery for general dissatisfaction
Why we do not accept returns
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, cosmetic products that have been shipped to a customer are not suitable for restocking or resale.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@hushednails.com and include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If we determine that the item was damaged in transit or that the wrong item was sent, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
- opened products
- worn products
- used products
- items with removed or damaged packaging
- items returned without prior approval where approval is required
Chargebacks and abuse
Hushed reserves the right to investigate claims, limit future orders, or deny service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
